The data controller is ELITE EXPANSION, a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Mâcon RCS under number 100 433 200, with its registered office at 576 rue des Grands Crus, 71000 Mâcon, France.

Contact window (choosing a partnership model): name, brand, position, business email address and the model chosen.

Landed cost calculator report: the same contact details and the values entered in the calculator (FOB cost, retail price, monthly volume, product category).

With each submission, we record the date and, if your visit comes from a campaign link, that link’s parameters (utm). Your IP address is used only, at that moment, to block abusive submissions: it is not stored. The forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals from your browser.

Booking a call: calls are booked through a Google Calendar appointment page. The information you enter there reaches us through Google Workspace.

• Responding to your request and contacting you about it: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Sending you the calculator report: performance of your request.
• Following up on our business exchanges: Elite Expansion’s legitimate interest in developing its business.
• Protecting the forms against abusive submissions: legitimate interest.
• Measuring the website’s audience and running our advertising campaigns: your consent, collected through the cookie banner.

Your data is reserved for the Elite Expansion team. It passes through technical service providers acting on our instructions:

• Twenty, our CRM, where each request is recorded;
• Google Workspace, our email and work tools;
• Vercel, the website host;
• Cloudflare, to protect the forms against bots.

Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Meta receive browsing data only with your consent. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Some of these providers (Vercel, Google, Cloudflare, LinkedIn, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• Requests received through the forms: three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
• Audience measurement and advertising cookies: thirteen months at most.
• Your cookie choice: six months, after which we ask you again.

On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and no measurement or advertising cookie is set without your consent. These tools are loaded by Google Tag Manager, which itself loads only after you agree.

• Necessary: the cookie that records your choice. It cannot be turned off.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics, to understand which pages are read and how the website is used.
• Advertising: Meta and LinkedIn, to measure how well our campaigns perform and show them to the right people.

Your choice is stored in the ee_consent cookie, set on the elite-expansion.com domain and shared with Stable (stable.elite-expansion.com), our audit tool: you only answer once for both websites. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, and the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@elite-expansion.com: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
